Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services and tours provided by Darani Travel (represented by I.E Nikoloz Gordeladze ID 01008042209). By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payments & Deposits

  • A deposit of 30% of the total trip price or $150 USD, whichever is greater, is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled trip start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
  • All card and international payments are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee, which is non-refundable, unless the cancellation is initiated by Darani Travel.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Darani Travel.
  • The date and time your cancellation email is received will be considered your official cancellation date.
  • Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by Darani Travel in writing via email.

Refunds are issued based on the number of days prior to the scheduled trip start date:

3. Itinerary Alterations

  • Even though we approach each agreed itinerary as a promise to be fulfilled to the best possible extent, Darani Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local events, political conditions, or safety concerns.
  • Every effort will be made to provide a comparable alternative of equal value and quality.
  • Changes do not entitle clients to a refund unless the alteration significantly affects the overall experience.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical needs, baggage loss, and more.
  • Darani Travel does not provide or sell insurance, and we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to the absence of coverage.

5. Flights

  • Darani Travel does not arrange or book international or domestic flights, unless explicitly requested by the client.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes to flight schedules.
  • Clients are advised to book flexible flights and have appropriate insurance to cover any related losses.

6. Responsibility & Liability

  • While we strive to deliver exceptional and seamless experiences, Darani Travel is not liable for injuries, losses, or expenses due to acts of God, natural disasters, force majeure, civil unrest, illness, theft, or third-party failures.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, health requirements) are valid and up to date.
